Aviation Institute ACS-07

It was great seeing Shirley & her wonder training techniques at work today. Shirley & the team at Air NZ Aviation Institute do an amazing job with these new Travel & Tourism students in such a short amount of time.

We only had the pleasure of presenting to ACS-07 for couple of hours today, and they received the specific awareness message well. At the start they were reserved and quiet, however they started to share more and get more outspoken as we went on.
