Over the years I have competed in many events to encourage others and promote enjoyment in sport. At each event I attend I meet many people who get inspired when they see me participate. While talking about the event people get very excited that I can accomplish such feats.
It gets very difficult to fund races, get new costumes, travel about New Zealand (and the world) promoting sport. Each event costs (on average) between $200-$800 – due to food, accommodation, entry fees and travel arrangements.
