Discovery for Teens (day support)

This Discovery program is truely amazing and all the people involved wholeheartedly believe in the outcomes.

I was able to give a few days to support them this year, around a specific few event sections they have. Those that have been through the holiday program would speak on it far better than I ever could, only I will say that it’s still a privilege to be involved and be able to support this trust providing this level of support to teenagers.

It’s my honour.

ANZCoS 2016 -Connect Neuro Physiotherapy

Thanks to Gilly Davy putting together this marvellous poster for ANZCoS 2016 I’ll be there in spirit (if I can’t be there in person).

I have been attending several sessions with Gilly and have found her to be amazing at listening to me and directing me. It’s very obvious Gilly has mountains of information about her work and she enjoys it. This energy is infectious making me believe in her and her work, making me work harder and even do the home work exercises!

If I could give anyone pointers about doing physic work, I’d say speak with Gilly Davy. She is experienced and wonderful at imparting the information she has gained over the last few years. She is also ready to listen to you and help you get the best gains from even just one appointment with her.

This phenomenal physio along with Rex. Wow, what an awesome combination for the best physio treatment I could ask for.

Zero Class Drift Day (with Cameron Vernon)

A great weekend away with a good friend Steve and (after a night stop in Rotorua) we really enjoyed all the time spent at the Bruce McLaren Track on Broadlands Road. Thanks again Steve for doing all the driving down, and back!

Even managed to get a spin out with Cam in his 1986 Toyota Levin AE86, all standard and no handbrake! He had that little thing screaming around the track and with no handbrake working, still was fully in/out of control. An absolute legend on the track, in something with immense horsepower, or something with only 130hp (on a good day)…

It rained out Sunday, but everyone still tried to make the most of it.
